MarineTorq Stainless Steel Manifolds Warranty Terms and Conditions

Duration of Warranty Coverage:

The MarineTorq stainless steel manifolds are covered by a warranty for a period of 10 years with the exclusion of ski boat manifolds, which are covered for 5 years from the date of purchase.

Coverage:

This warranty protects against any defects in material or workmanship of MarineTorq stainless steel manifolds.

Exclusions:

Wear, tear, and damage resulting from accidents, misuse, abuse, alteration, or improper care and maintenance will void the warranty. The warranty excludes corrosion caused by insufficient change of sacrificial anodes and inadequate flushing of the manifolds after use. MarineTorq shall not be held responsible for any damage caused to engines , engine parts, or the vessel.

Periodic Maintenance:

Customers are required to perform periodic maintenance on the manifolds, which includes checking sacrificial anodes every 3 months and replacing if necessary, and mandatory replacement of anodes every 12 months. Proof of sacrificial anode replacement can be demonstrated by producing the purchase invoice or photographic time-stamped images taken during replacement. Genuine MarineTorq anodes are to be used for replacement.

Sacrificial Anodes Procurement:

Sacrificial anodes are readily available for purchase directly through MarineTorq or any approved dealer listed on our website.

Limitations:

MarineTorq will only cover parts manufactured by MarineTorq. Damage to other parts not manufactured by MarineTorq, such as hoses, clamps, or other exhaust components, engines or engine parts , is not covered under this warranty.

Warranty Registration:

The warranty is non-transferable and requires registration at the time of purchase with MarineTorq.

Warranty Claims Process:

Customers must submit warranty claims via the designated link on the MarineTorq website. Once submitted, MarineTorq will review the claim and either approve or reject it based on the terms and conditions outlined herein.
